WUXI DINGQIU SILK CO., LTD.

Established in 1984, Wuxi Dingqiu Spun Silk Co., Ltd. holds the distinction of being the first listed company in China's spun silk

industry. The company has built a complete industrial chain integrating spinning, weaving, and dyeing, specializing in the

production of high-end fabrics primarily made from hemp and silk. Its products are widely used in apparel, home textiles,

and industrial applications.

The company operates a Jiangsu Provincial Intelligent Manufacturing Demonstration Workshop, equipped with over 200 sets

of advanced intelligent textile machinery imported from Belgium and Italy. With a workforce of more than 400 employees, its

management team boasts over 40 years of industry experience. As a high-tech enterprise, the company has obtained ISO9001

International Quality Management System Certification, EUROPEAN FLAX certification, as well as GOTS, OCS, and GRS global

organic textile standards certifications. It has also been honored as a "Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative" SME by

the China National Textile and Apparel Council.

Through strategic collaboration with the Textile College of Jiangnan University, the company continues to drive technological

innovation, producing 20 million meters annually of spun silk, silk-wool, silk-hemp, and hemp-blended fabrics. Renowned for

superior quality and comprehensive service, its products are highly sought after in domestic and international markets, earning

widespread trust and acclaim from customers worldwide.

Development Milestone

1984: The predecessor, Yixing No.3 Knitting Factory, was established, marking the beginning of our textile

manufacturing journey.

1997: Jiangsu Dingqiu Industrial Co., Ltd. was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (Code: 500078),

becoming the first listed company in China's spun silk industry. The same year, it was honored as a

"National Advanced Enterprise in Export Earnings" and ranked among "Wuxi's Top 100 Industrial Enterprises."

2005: Wuxi Dingqiu Spun Silk Co., Ltd. was listed in Singapore (as Asia Spun Silk Co., Ltd.) and established

Jiangsu Handing Garments Co., Ltd. The company also won multiple national awards, including the "China

Silk Product Gold Award."

2019-2023:

Technological Innovation: Several products (e.g., plant-dyed silk-hemp-cotton fabrics, fully lined flax fabrics)

received Excellence Awards from the China Textile Product Development Center, showcasing R&D capabilities.

Brand Expansion: Launched the home furnishings brand "WUSHE" to tap into the consumer market.

Certifications & Honors: Recognized as a "Jiangsu Provincial Intelligent Manufacturing Demonstration

Workshop," "High-Tech Enterprise," and "Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative Enterprise," while

achieving ISO9001 International Quality Management System Certification.

Industry-Academia Collaboration: Established in-depth cooperation with Jiangnan University's Textile College

and set up a "Jiangnan University Graduate Workstation."
